The engine seems impressive, especially in terms of transport visualisation, below is an example of using the engine to visualise a proposed transit station in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast of Australia:
The ability to fly real-time through a scene is without question one of the most important aspects of city models for urban planning / architectural visualisation when aiming to communicate 'non fixed' design decisions. Highly rendered fly through movies can often alienate the public at large as it seems as if planning decisions have already been taken, leaving the renderings to come across as sometimes little more than marketing movies.

I wish a game could be like this and not so expensive. There are good games but they are too expensive and not much people can afford it. Also it would be amazing if someone could create a bus simulator similar to e.g. Euro Truck Simulator where you can choose a bus and transport passengers from one city to another e.g. from Paris to Berlin etc. Would be awesome! Or it could be a game with few transport kinds like trams, rails where also a player have to transport passengers to another cities - mantoookaz

@xboxmatey I don't care for Trainz either, but there is Railworks which ot me is better than Trainz or Microsoft Train Simulator. Railworks can be downloaded through Steam, Just do a search for Steam in Google and you'll find it. - LonesomeTroubadour

...for the mainstream, Unity makes for an awesome experience to visualise future projects and one company that does exemplary work in this sector is Urban Circus. it's worth a trip over to their web site to see really incredible examples of Unity being used for urban planning. i was a bit overwhelmed (even feeling inadequate) but when i realised that their examples are created by a team of 20 people or so and that these are real municipal projects...
[Editorial Note - UC do not use Unity in the examples mentioned, but UC's Urban Engine - we appreciate the praise and mistake though!]
